Judge Orders Department of Justice to Respond to Requests to Unseal FBI’s Trump Warrant

The DOJ has the documentation that was used to obtain the warrant. That is what I want to see. Was the warrant obtained legally. The fact that there was a warrant is irrelevant if it was fraudulently obtained.

Garland has not said that the affidavit would be unsealed. Just the warrant meaning nothing.

RIGHT before the June meeting and after that, an informant Trump insider aware of what Archive records were not returned ...as claimed by Trump lawyers, told law enforcement that top secret classified documents were still being stored unsecurely, at Mara Lago.

the informant gave the FBI the rooms he or she, alleged the archive documents and top secret and above top secret, items were....

which is where the search warrant would list, as the authorized areas to search, required by law for a Search and Seizure.

whether it was nuclear capability statuses on our enemies or friends, or about us and our capabilities or new research....

Or if it was other top secret information, along with our presidential Records for the National Archives and our History preservation,

the presidential Records do not belong at Mara Lago. and hopefully all of them have been retrieved, top secret stuff especially, for National Security reasons!

Mara Lago is such a public place, they've had a few attempted security breaches by Chinese Spies.I

He turned over 15 boxes, and was actively working with them on any remaining docs they might of wanted. He literally had them at his house in June showing them the docs, and as they were reviewing them....they later said, make sure you continue to keep them guarded. Which he was doing.

There was no reason for the raid, other then political theater and to try and oppress a political rival. Democracy dies in darkness....show us the affadivit

Why did he have them in the first place? Everyone knew he was NOT suppose to just throw everything in boxes and just take it.....they all, including his staff packing, were given training on it.

He turned over 15 cases, one year after he illegally took them.

In June he was subpoenaed by a grand jury to turn over all remaining classified documents, he turned over more and his lawyer signed a document saying Trump gave them back all of the classified material.

Then, an inside Trump world informant, told the FBI that Trump did not turn over all classified and SCI classified documents, and where they were being kept, in his home at Mara Lago.

That is why it was necessary to now do a search warrant, instead of another subpoena....trump lawyers already lied about the return of everything. Yes over 27 cases, 11 were top secret or confidential, I believe?

I simply can't understand why Trumpers are hyper ventilating over how and why this was handled in the proper way, that it was.....
