Violent illegals are subject to expedited removal, and no court has ever ruled that process unconstitutional. If the lawfare succeeds in stopping Trump from using the alien enemies act, he will just switch to expedited removal.

I found it sad when we had a president who prioritized admitting as many illegals and as possible over the safety of American citizens, and even the safety of other illegals that came with the violent ones. I’m sure George Soros, or one of his fronts, will endow a chair at a law school specifically for judge Biasberg so that he will have a soft landing when he leaves the federal bench. No doubt he will be the Democrats new Archibald Cox.

Serious question for you: in the unlikely event that somehow Trump is forced by Democrats to fly back a plane load of these violent men now in El Salvadoran Prison, how would that affect the Democrats’ chances in 2026 and 2028?

Expedited removal is the lawful method of removing illegals. Therefore it is due process.

I believe that removing members of violent organized foreign invaders under the Alien Enemies Act is due process for foreign gangs. If SCOTUS rules that that it is not, then expedited removal it is.

Trump's power is limited in scope to the courts. That is what the balance of power with checks and balances in the Constitution.

Then the inverse should be true, but by the actions of the courts it is not.

This is not a case of conflicting rights.

The rights of men, women, and children in America to walk around without being trafficked, robbed, rape, or murdered, does not conflict with the rights of foreign gang members to live in the United States until they have a formal court hearing.

Because there is no such right for foreign gang members. Certainly not under the concept of due process.

Due process is different for every situation. For example, if you park illegally, you do not get a formal court hearing before they tow your car. If you enter private property without permission and refused to leave, you do not get a court hearing before a police officer can issue a trespass and remove you.

Actually, the appeals court in the past has already ruled against these rogue
judges. They just have to do it again. Trump's Track record is pretty good with the appeals process.
It just takes time to get there.

JUDGE Biasberg was on one of the FISA courts that kept giving warrants to spy on Trump’s campaign. Some of the FISA judges were outrage AT THE FBI’S CONSISTENT DECEPTION OF THEM but Kevin Clinesmith, in another coincidence, had his case in front of Biasberg and walked free that very day.

The resolution introduced by Arizona Representative Andy Biggs seeks to bypass the impeachment process, in which two thirds of the Senate would have to vote to fire Judge James Boasberg.


Whether this passes or not, it could serve as a wake up call to federal judges - if they are not too woke to wake up.
