U.S. District Judge Randolph Moss said Trump’s Jan. 20 proclamation declaring an “invasion” of southern border-crossers cannot be used to justify the “sweeping” unilateral restrictions he sought to impose, including severe limits to asylum applications and the ability to seek protection from torture.

Under Trump’s proclamation, people who crossed the southern border between “ports of entry” are barred from seeking asylum or invoking other legal protections that would allow them to temporarily remain in the U.S. while their claims are processed.

There is no "Invasion D-Day Invasion. The Allied Troops landing in North Africa (Operation Torch) was an Invasion. U>S. Marines landing Guadalcanal was an Invasion. Trump is using hyperbole to scare people. Under Mr. Biden border were low, people wanting sanctuary were at the border pending a hearing. Another pipsqueak irrelevant district court judge being groomed to be humiliated. Judge Moss' chamber is located in the D.C. district but that will NOT save him from being humiliated senseless, as the statist left "One World Without Borders" crowd has already shot their load & are currently heading towards Davey Jones locker.

He can be safely ignored if the Administration so chooses. Given the nationwide nature of that injunction, he would have to be very specific as to why he issued it. The opinion I saw was nothing but an ideologically motivated one. It doesn't meet the standards the Supreme Court laid out for lower courts at all.
