Last night a person who is alleging to be affiliated with a national media outlet was briefly taken into custody and issued several traffic related citations. Police suspect this person was trying to photograph jurors. This incident is being investigated much further.

Judge Bruce Schroeder has announced Thursday that staff from MSNBC will no longer be allowed inside the Kenosha County Courthouse following the incident in which a person was observed following a bus that the jury uses to get to and from the building.Just reported. Still looking for a link.

Spectacular postHe needs to "direct a not guilty verdict," its obvious the jury is hung, there are seven women on it and the odds of Karens refusing to acknowledge the evidence "just because" is off the fucking charts high! A year ago I thought the kid just another douche bag shooter, after observing all of the evidence, I have flipped a complete 180 and see him as utterly vindicated, to do that requires an intellect, and the ability to reason independently of all outside sources of obfuscation. I am positive the judge sees things almost exactly as I do, and well he should, I live here as does he!

“I have instructed that no one from MSNBC news will be permitted in this building for the duration of this trial. This is a very serious matter and I don’t know what the ultimate truth of it is, but absolutely it would go without much thinking that someone who is following the jury bus – that is an extremely serious matter and will be referred to the proper authorities for further action.”
The man spotted following the bus identified himself as James J. Morrison – and told investigators he was instructed to follow the vehicle, Schroeder added.
