The left isn't "claiming" Giuliani did anything. Guiliani admitted that he did defame those 2 election workers in a court order. Giuliani's lawyer told the jury he did in open court.

The funny thing is, no matter what the evidence is, including admissions in court, Giuliani is somehow still a victim.

On the other hand, when a judge points out that an expert witness testimony provided for a fee nearing a million dollar, kind of begs credulity. Most people including expert witnesses are prepared to tell "the truth" for a lot less. And therefor the judge needs to be disbarred?
