Trump's lawyers were free to provide any evidence they wanted to support their motion to throw out thousands of votes. The judges even commented on the fact that they wanted votes thrown out and offered no evidence. There is no evidencde of fraud.

You are conflating two different stories about that night. The water main break sent people out, but they came back or went to different areas, can't remember which. The mystery suitcases you keep talking about were after the people opening ballots at 10 pm finished and were told they could go home. There was confusion and many thought they were closing up for the night. Two different incidents.
