That's right he is arguing that no one needs a firearm except law enforcement or the military. Further he keeps referencing the defeated Senate bill on gun control. He claims Background checks are broken. Yet no where in the Senate bill was a provision to change how why and when Background checks are preformed all it basically did is reiterate who can and can not buy firearms , try to establish another bureaucracy and require private sales to be background checked. Well and riders to deny certain types of firearms from being sold.
