So the Toledo Blade is the authority in your world? Are you aware that licensed plumbing contractors employ assistants and that those assistants do indeed perform plumbing work? You might dicker on the technicality of "plumber" as a title but be advised that in many areas a "plumber" is someone that does plumbing work. One who holds a Plumbing License is called a Plumbing Contractor or a Licensed Plumber.

Yeah, he can hold the light so the REAL plumber can see what he is working on, and he can carry the REAL plumber's tools back and forth to the REAL plumber's truck.
