The 2022 election was held four days later.

The classified document discovery was not made public until two months later, well after the election. It was intentionally covered up at the time in order to influence the election results.

Orange Jabba could only have certain documents, and he would have had to follow certain protocols. He had documents that he would not have been granted permission to have, and he refused to give the documents back. He acted like, and is, a criminal.

TRump has 91 felony charges because the ovewhelming EVIDENCE indicates he committed 91 crimes.
Just because there is EVIDENCE incriminating Trump doesn't mean that Joe Biden is guilty of the same thing.
This isn't kindergarten....where everything has to be "equal."
That's not the way justice works.
If the circumstances and the EVIDENCE associated with Biden's documents are not the SAME as those associated with Trump's documents....then why are you all whining about the lack of "sameness" here?

Our “Justice” Department is irredeemably corrupt, which is why Vivek Ramaswamy’s idea of firing half the employees there (along with prosecuting those who engaged in illegal acts) is a great idea. We’ve seen this corruption daily on display with the DOJ’s obsessive focus on destroying Donald Trump to deny Americans their right to vote for the candidate of their choice. Now, news has broken about the flip side: The same DOJ that is prosecuting Trump for allegedly “mishandling” classified documents, even though, as President, it was impossible for him to have done so, will be giving a pass to Joe Biden, who, as both Vice President and Senator manifestly violated national security laws.
In August 2022, the DOJ broke all norms by raiding the home of a former American president, claiming that he had improperly handled documents related to national security. Then, in July 2023, this same DOJ indicted the former president of the United States on 37 counts of mishandling documents that he came into possession of while still president.

Funny how these things work out. Under the Constitution, it was impossible for Trump to have violated national security laws by possessing documents he had declassified, but he is being criminally prosecuted. Meanwhile, Joe Biden, who had no authority whatsoever to declassify records but nevertheless carelessly stored them in his garage, gets a pass.

Aside from the revolting partisanship and corruption on display here, there’s something more profound and dangerous going on. A free nation cannot survive when the laws are applied so unevenly, with those whom the government prefers over the law and those whom it deems its enemies under the law. Indeed, once you have this situation, you are no longer a free country. You are, simply, a dictatorship wearing the tattered garments of Lady Liberty, the gal you’ve already assaulted and left bleeding on the pavement.

The hypocrisy of the Democrat Socialist Left is astoundingly biased.
The hatred and TDS against Trump is apparent in their use of Lawfare.
We no longer have justice in America if the DoJ is allowed to proceed with this sham.
Lady Justice has been disarmed and ordered at sword point to dispense justice on behalf of tyrants.
Laws are for the right, not the left and in America it’s become totally in your face.
Biden should be in jail. HIs DOJ should be tried and jailed.

From a person that has dealt with classified material Biden's case is way worse. He stored documents in a cardboard box in a garage at his house and there is the fact that he did not have the clearance to take those documents in the first place. If a person in the military had done this they would be breaking big rocks into little rocks for a long time.

Before you loons start spitting blood and screaming about Trump I have stated several times on this site that his case should be investigated and if he mishandled classified material he should be prosecuted. I'm not a partisan hack.
