You really should know something about what your fake 'gotchas' actually are before posting them in your attempts to smear Joe Biden.

Migrants should not be allowed to immigrate to this country without monetory means for housing and food until they find a job.
Immigrants arriving at Ellis Island had to pass a medical and legal inspection to prove they wouldn't be a burden or danger to the country. The inspection process took 3–5 hours if the immigrant's papers were in order and they were in good health.
The inspection took place in the Registry Room (Great Hall), where doctors would quickly examine each person for obvious physical ailments. Immigrants were required to be healthy enough to work and free of contagious diseases. If they were sick, they could recover at the Ellis Island Hospital. 98% of immigrants who arrived at Ellis Island passed the inspection. More than 120,000 immigrants were sent back to their countries of origin, and during the island's half-century of operation more than 3,500 immigrants died there.
And in this century we cannot do better than what we have? WE are screwed.
