For instance, the Department of Education that spent trillions of dollars over the decades and the test scores of American children have decreased. Before the Department of Education we were number one in the world in Education and now, after a ton of money, we are about 20th. Or the welfare department where poverty has stayed the same after trillions of dollars spent.
