Hardware maintenance, upgrade, and repairs for PCs and Network Servers
Troubleshooting enterprise network, PC, or server based problems
Backup and Diaster Recovery Procedures
System and Site Security planning
Mail servers configuration and management
The candidate must be a resourceful, enterprising, analytical, and expedient problem-solver. Experienced with mid-sized to Enterprise size Active Directory implementations with detail cost estimates (Active Directory design, Single Domain, Multi-Domain, and Multi-Forest Designs). Ability to plan organizes and leads large-scale migrations and technical projects. Storage Area Network (SAN), host bus adapter (HBA), connectivity knowledge required. Act as the technical liaison between executive management, project management, Sales Staff and Technical Support on assigned projects. Responsible for ensuring an adequate technical infrastructure for the successful deployment of future systems, applications, security fixes/patches, and package implementations.
