We're not in recession. That would be two consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth.

While the GDP is currently mediocre at 2.0%, and while data is increasing that we're headed towards a slowdown, while markets would be pissed with anything less than another 50bps cut by the Fed, we're not in a recession.
