Jim Traficant, the former Ohio congressman who served seven years in prison on corruption charges, has secured the necessary signatures to run for his old congressional seat as an independent, the Youngstown Vindicator reports.

This is the guy who received 14% of the vote while in prison.

Best thing he can do for the country is to take votes away from Pelosi's little boy toy Tim Ryan. Maybe we'll get some fresh blood.....
