We don't use the cornbread, but I'm a fan of the Jiffy blueberry muffin mix. I have been disappointed recently though--shrinkflation has hit this product. Still a good deal but doesn't make as many waffles. Nothing beats Albers Cornmeal cornbread recipe for us though.

Cornbread isn't Thanksgiving. Pumpkin and and maybe cherry ....that might be more Christmas

Homemade is best, but Jiffy is ok too in a pinch.

Then add some creamed corn, crumbled bacon or chopped jalapenos......or all 3, maybe even some cheese. Good stuff made even better.

I like mine with a dash of honey. When I want some zip, I'll take some jalapeno chips and grind them down to a powder and put them in the mix.
