His account of the trial:

Jello Biafra decimating Tipper Gore on Oprah a few years after he "won" the trial:

The prosecutor's thoughts looking back at the trial (starts at about 28:45):
Know Your Enemy

One thing that seemed really telling in Jello's account is how they went after everyone in the distribution chain for the album, Frankenchrist, including Warehouse (defunct CD store) until it agreed to remove all Dead Kennedys albums from its stores.

Interestingly, the album in question also includes the song "M.T.V. Get Off the Air."

Here's the full PMRC/Tipper Gore hearing where people like Dee Snider (Twisted Sister), Frank Zappa, and even John Denver came out against censorship and against Tipper Gore and the PMRC:

This attempt at censorship seems almost identical to the recent advertiser boycott of YouTube by big, corporate advertisers like Pepsi, Verizon, Johnson & Johnson, etc. Fortune 500 corporations want to control the media and speech.

It also doesn't help that many YouTubers get more views in a month than channels like, say, CNN, gets in a year. It's crap like this that eventually made me become a registered libertarian.
