Jazz Fusion the best Genre?

A little word of advice Godboy .....maybe you should try to broaden your horizons and open your mind to the way other people hear music and don't be a music snob.

Sometimes you just have to be flexible and compromise..... that's how my marriage has lasted over 30 years...... there's always some common ground between people whether it's music or whatever.

Do you have some special talent that makes you an authority on it in the first place ?
 
Im 49 and far from a woke faggot. Jazz is fucking awful, especially fusion jazz. Thats why almost no one in the world likes it.

Well, how can one start a thread on jazz-rock fusion without including the masters of it who literally created the genre stemming from John McLaughlin's earlier work with Miles Davis where Davis first began exploring the boundaries between jazz and rock with his seminal 'In A Silent Way':
