Jaxson Dart better learn how to slide.

I am guessing a lot of these guys are not fast in making the distinction between the college game and the pro game. Cam Newton ran over people in college, and then took licks when he went pro. I'm sure the coaching staff tells them not to do foolish things, but it's probably hard to reach them.

On another note, the Panthers. Beating the Rams. After a short week and being beat up.

Hopefully young Jaxson got the memo last night as he was flying through the air after a wicked (totally legal) hit. If the Giants have any future, it starts with him being on the field. So as I stated back in October when I started this thread, Jaxson better learn how to slide.

In the pocket the defense literally cant touch the QB if he throws the ball. Pull up from full speed, brush the QB on the way by = fifteen yards and a first down.

But a running QB? They can't last anymore can they? Defense is too big, too fast and some are dirty players perhaps.

I was thinking same thing, he can't keep running first choice. NYG are committing QB abuse. Sending him on run after run.

How did Fran Tarkento stay alive? Defense was too slow back then perhaps?
Watch Arch Manning

He suffered a concussion a few games back but now protects himself when he runs

Dart JUST CAME BACK last night from missing 2 games for a concussion. He darn near got himself seriously injured trying get 2 more yards. We'll see if he got the memo from the Ellis hit.

Looks like he hasn’t quite figured it out yet.

I get that he wants to get in there and make a play but it seems really naive and short-sighted. He’s young.

His organization invested a lot into him. He’s better for them, in the long-run, if he does a better job of preserving his body and avoiding unnecessary hits like the one he took the other day.

Wow, hopefully his coaches can get through to him that he is useless on IR.
