There's a ton of good food prep tips and tricks in this very informative 3+ hour video.

I made a ribeye for lunch and used his method of grinding peppercorns. Crush them on the countertop with the bottom of a frying pan, then slap the steak in it to coat it with pepper. Much faster and easier than using a peppercorn grinder.



At 45:30 he makes a little flamethrower out of an orange peel.
