Though the bulk of the documents released are redacted, with many pages fully unviewable, the documents provide a window into Trump’s conduct still unknown to the public in their continual attempt to stop Trump's reelection.
The prosecutors argue that it was somehow Trump’s effort to thwart the transfer of power despite not even being there and the riot being a wholly random and unorganized rather than a protest by the public objecting to how the 2020 was held and rammed through, questions unanswered. Trump’s attorneys are due to respond in the days following November’s presidential election.
The judge rationalizes the release by suggesting that to NOT release it would itself be a form of election interference, meanwhile, tries to get the case they cannot win in court held in the public forum!
