It's a shame that all of Trump's delays in this case have pushed the release of this evidence right up till two weeks before the election.....but I guess he should have thought of that last year before he started delaying with endless appeals and challenges.

She's right. Trumps lawyers have made it very clear in their motions they want to delay the proceedings until after the election. Their purpose is to keep the information under seal so that the people can't see it before the election.

They (Trump and his lawyers) clearly want to interfere with the election.

I persons day job has no bearing on the proceedings of the court and Trump's day job is being a candidate and she's having no part of it.

Don't you think voters who might not have tuned into the Jan 6th Committee hearings a year and a half ago deserve to get a look at all the evidence they missed before they go cast their votes?
And by the way, it is illegal to purge voter rolls within 90 days of the election. You would think legitimate election officials would be familiar with this federal law wouldn't you?

It's not evidence until it is introduced in court and given an exhibit number. Reason is that opposing counsel has the right to object to anything that will be introduced against a defendant.
