Another one bites the dust.
Pretty soon, for PR reasons, companies will be making public announcements denouncing DEI, even if they never intended to enact a program in the first place.

The owner of Jack Daniel’s whisky has become the latest company to scrap its diversity targets following a backlash from conservatives.

Brown-Forman, which is the largest wine and spirits company in the US, has told staff it will stop linking executive pay to progress on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).

They're getting ready for a Trump administration, where corporate racism won't be tolerated.

Going forward, companies will likely be trying to keep a lid on the efforts to be woke. There will always be whistleblowers, however.
Businesses just need to know who their customers are. If you are going to go woke, make sure that the huge majority of your customers agree with you and that if you lose any business, it won't effect you enough to worry about. If you can't afford to lose business then you should keep politics out of your business. I own my own business and my customers have no idea what my politics are. I gladly take money from everyone.
