Really. I have rented the same place for the last 22 years. The Land Owner decided to remove our mail service with USPS. It seems that there are two Zonings on this same property. I live in the county. Zoning and Planning lists it as C-2 which it really hasn't been for over 15 years. The Tax Assessor's office taxes it as a Rfm-8 (residential). The Post office will not deliver directly to the property until that is ironed out. The County refuses. You see the land owner is a billion dollar corporation with really deep pockets and has spent money to keep it like it is. This is the deepest red area of the state and we have the best government that money can buy and it looks like they are bought often. I am researching what it takes to take it to court since the "GOP" Government is so corrupt.
