FANONE being dragged into crowd and tazed

The cop being crushed in the tunnels…

Funny, because Trump was reposting him, as well as promoting the same plan with a lawyer he was praising on January 6th.
So. That's the beauty of our system. Even the President can be wrong and we have things in place to ensure that when he is it's corrected or prevented from happening.
Raiklin wasn't doing anything crazier than Trump, and both were trying to overthrow the government by convincing Pence to follow their plan.

Even if Pence had decided that they were correct in their legal opinion, that doesn't "overthrow the Government". It would go through the courts and be upheld or overturned. That's how the "government" works. I know it's crazy to think that outcomes you might disagree with don't constitute an overthrow of the government or an "end to democracy".

It WENT “through the courts”.

What Trump was trying to do was extrajudicial

It’s not just wrong, it’s fraud.

I don’t accept your argument. You can’t do whatever you want because a court will tell you if it was legal or not.

That’s no way to run a country. It’s especially bizarre that the MAGA cult rewards this behavior.

You can prove they were all Trump supporters and not provocateurs?

Was that before or after the LEO's fired gas into a crowd standing around peacefully exercising their right to peacefully assemble ?
Let’s refresh your memory
Refresh our memory with videos prior to this.

Were any of the over 1,000 maga assholes convicted of that violence shown to be “provocateurs”?

No?

Your claim is that cops defending themselves incited that violence ?

Weak shit. Totally bogus claim

That's how the system works, always has. The entire premise of Raikan's claim is a legal one where else would you like that to be adjudicated?

When Biden attempted to forgive college debt and the court smacked that order down was that an attempt to "overthrow the government"?

When Gore challenged the Florida election results in the courts was that an attempt to "overthrow the government'?

Convicted or took the plea bargain because they couldn't afford the legal costs of proving their innocence?

Your claim is that cops defending themselves incited that violence ?
They opened fire on a crowd that was, for the most part, milling around protesting.
They opened fire in direct violation of USCP and MPD protocols on crowd control.

Not even close.

For starters, Biden was engaging in government policy making with no benefit for himself. Trump was operating as a private citizen seeking to influence a government official for personal political benefit.

Moreover Trump was engaged in fraud by falsely claiming the election was stolen, those claims had no factual basis.

Gore was operating in a court of law. Trump was acting extra judicially, in secret, without accountability.

You don’t get to commit a crime just because you assume someone will stop you.

If they had opened fire on that crowd there would have been dead bodies all over the place

They used remarkable restraint in the face of that maga violence

Stop lying

Opened fire with 'non lethal' you idiot.

Violence that happened after crowd control protocols were ignored and violated.

It's been available on the Internet for some time.
