The debate is over. If RealID specs include interchangeability between all 50 states, then it is a national database ID no matter what they say because a unique identifier database must cross reference with identifiers in 50 other databases. That is a defacto central database. Terrorists will not send someone with a terrorist record through a security check, so the argument that it is for flight safety is horseshit.
This is the firm basis for linking all your records including financial, medical, and real-time financial transactions into a central monster database monitored and acted on by AI, enforcing the interests and desires of .1% elites.
It can and will be used for nefarious, tyrannical forces.

The requirements include verification of the personal information presented when applying for the identification document, security features on the document, and electronic sharing of databases between states.
