Mueller is corrupt to the core. It's now imperative that he shut the investigation down due to violating The Presidential Transition Act.
Attorney Gregg Jarrett: 'Mueller and His Entire Team Must be Removed'
Dershowitz: 'Rod Rosenstein Should Recuse Himself' - Breitbart
The Presidential Transition Act states that all records of transition operations are private and confidential.
Yet Mueller seems to have ignored the law. Without a warrant or subpoena, his team of lawyers brazenly demanded these private records from the General Services Administration (GSA) which held custody of the materials. The GSA does this as a service to all incoming presidents out of courtesy, but it neither owns the documents nor is authorized to release them to anyone under any circumstances because they are deemed entirely private.
Jarrett says the most damning charge against Mueller is that he obtained, reviewed and used material that is privileged.
"Courts have clearly stated what prosecutors are supposed to do under these circumstances: “An attorney who receives privileged documents has an ethical duty to cease review of the documents, notify the privilege holder, and return the documents.” (U.S. v. Taylor 764 Fed Sup 2nd, 230, 235)
I get a kick out of these attacks on Mueller and his investigation. Suppose for the sake of argument that all these Trumpers are right and Mueller is not up to the task. What they seem to forget is that it isn't only Mueller on the trail of the truth. He has a team of over a dozen men mostly or all lawyers themselves with expertise in a variety of areas of the law. He has assembled constitutional experts, criminal law experts, international law experts, with all manner of expertise in every aspect of law.
He also has some investigators that specialize in forensic accounting and that's a key to this probe. Since a big part of the suspected crimes were financial in nature, the way to bring it all to light is to follow the money. And, these guys are expert at sifting through documents and making sense of all the ways in which those crimes can be covered up.
All the LLC's and overseas accounts etc can be quite a haystack to find the needles in but these are the right guys to do it.
As they build their case of bank fraud, wire fraud, money laundering etc. these men can present the evidence in an organized way to show what was done and what the obvious intent of all the players was. They, not just Mueller, will find and analyze the movement of money from place to place and uncover the origins of all the suspicious payments and real estate deals etc.
These things when taken as a whole will show a vast conspiracy to collude, launder dough, and how the Russians may have aided in getting this slimeball elected. I think our very democracy is at stake here. Because if this shit is allowed to go unpunished it will no doubt happen again. And, all this talk of how the investigation is wrong and a witch hunt etc will be put to rest. Also put to rest will be the whining about how long it's taking. Shit, Watergate took a few years, the Paula Jones shit took like four years etc. This probe is far more complicated and intricate than any that came before.
So, righties, keep in mind that it isn't just Mueller you have to worry about, it's a whole bunch of highly skilled folks that will do the bulk of the work. The whiners don't even know their names so that they might trash them in the press like they try to do with Mueller every day. Trump and co. will be taking shots from angles they never even saw coming. Couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch of assholes IMHO.
