It's Official: Bukele will NOT Release El Salvadoran Citizen Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States

The removal TO EL SALVADOR, not "the deportation."

Now will you stop lying about that, or will you continue to lie even after being proven wrong?
The removal to El Salvador is the deportation, you dope.
Of course he can. Again from your own post:

He argued in the freakin' Supreme Court from the "gulag."

BTW, if this is a "gulag" Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn would have loved to trade gulags!
He has not had any communication with his family or lawyers since being sent to the gulag.

Does SCOTUS have any authority over El Salvador?

He's not dining like that every day, sure.

But he's not dead, murdered by the rival gangs that he supposedly feared.

He is in a prison with gang members, but there is discipline in that prison, so the prison murder rate is down, as is the murder rate in neighborhoods in El Salvador.

You mean that it wasn't how the system worked under Biden.

Under Trump - which the DOJ, and thus, immigration "judges" are under - that is exactly how the system works.

He did, and he was twice ruled a gang member. Gang leader in fact.

Once the executive declared his gang a terrorist organization, no further proof was needed to deport him.

Poor deprived innocent!

No one is buying that anymore, no matter how hard the media tries to sell it.
Bottom line, SCOTUS said bring him home. Don’t tell me what lower courts said. Only days sgo
MAGA was saying they’re useless!

Woah.

So, the lawyer claiming to be speaking on his behalf lied?

Lied to the freakin' Supreme Court?

He'll have some 'splainin' to do!
Does SCOTUS have any authority over El Salvador?

Of course not. Neither does our president, nor our congress.

So, their ruling is meaningless, and they know it.

SCOTUS didn’t see to have a problem with it.

Which emphasizes the point that Trump’s actions were illegal.

His defense for staying in this country was that he feared going back because he was part of a gang
That’s not true. He feared going back because a gang was extorting his family and trying to get him to join their gang.

SCOTUS didn’t see to have a problem with it.
Of course not. Because that lawyer was speaking for Abrego Garcia, and you were wrong.
Which emphasizes the point that Trump’s actions were illegal.

Then I'm sure some fatass Democrat prosecutor in some blue city will prosecute him, just as soon as Democrats are in the WH again.

Got a plan for that?

So you’re saying it’s okay to illegally deport him because his lawyer can argue in his place before a court that has no jurisdiction?

That’s pretty ******* stupid.

No, I was responding to this lie:

He can and did.

SCOTUS has no jurisdiction in El Salvador. Garcia is an El Salvadorian thug who is incarcerated in his home country. That is where he belongs.

No, he can’t challenge our government’s actions from his gulag.
You're operating from what ought to have happened not what actually happened. Once this guy was sent to El Salvador we cant force him back to the US against the wishes of the El Salvadorian government. He's a Salvadorian citizen in El Salvador we don't have any standing to tell El Salvador what it HAS to do with regard to its citizens. If the scenario were reversed, would you be on here advocating for a US citizen to be sent back to El Salvador because a Salvadorian court said so?

Yes. I’m focused on what ought to happen because it ought not happen again.

He has no criminal record. His incarceration is unjust.
