It's a trick -- WE ALWAYS USE IT

A " serious issue?" The thread is from a poster who doesn't believe Israel has the Right to Exist, sees nothing wrong with a Palestinian NJA/ No Israelis Allowed State and believed the Arab World has a duty and obligation to " liberate Palestine" even if the " Two State Solution" is reached. Consider the source .

Just like the phony websites erected by Zionists to try to put words in their critics' mouths, you are now trying to accuse me of advocating the expulsion of Jews from Palestine, a position I do NOT advocate. More Zionist dsisinformation. Are you actually that afraid of me?

YES, YOU DO ALWAYS USE IT!

"Mommy, mommy he lied. Make him say he lied"
"I didn't lie, I used a rabid hate site filling with propaganda and statement designed to incite. the others use disinformation"

sadly it is your facts and statements that are in question at the moment

Shulamit Aloni was a Mapai/Labor Party politician and minister with many different portfolios, including Minister of Education. She lost her Minister of Education gig for publicly criticizing organized tours by Israeli high school pupils to Holocaust concentration camps on grounds that such visits were turning Israeli youth into aggressive, nationalistic xenophobes. She was on the board of Yesh Din, a human rights organization active in the Occupied Territories, and defended former President Jimmy Carter's use of the word "apartheid" in the title of his book, Palestine: Peace, not Apartheid.

Shulamit Alone was both appreciated and despised woman. She did both good and bad. But even if I'm nearly disgusted by some of the bad, I had to remind myself she wasn't half as crazy as how much her son is, now.

So that's an upside.

That the video was NOT from a so-called IslamoNazi hate site as alleged by Aris, but rather from a long time cabinet minister.

Aris, I thought you did not care if articles come from hate sites you've certainly pulled some yourself. Or is it only some hate sites? :doubt:

Is the video inaccurate in some way? I suspect people DO use the "anti-semite" card much like they do the "race card" or a number of other "cards" against bigotry, when convenient to draw support.

That's fine, Lipush, you are entirely entitled to an opinion, and since I haven't been following either Shulamit or her son in the Israeli press you may be right, I don't know. I just object to her being labelled as an Islamo Nazi hate representative when such an allegation is a pure wholesale LIE told by people who are caught with britches down, embarrassed, and don't want to have to deal with what she said. How cheap can you get?

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I love to see Zionists at a loss for words. That was really weak, Aris.

So now deal with the issue.

Here's another Jew who has HAD IT!
WHO LOVES THOSE WHO DIED IN THE HOLOCAUST MORE? Those who try to make them into political capital, or this man, Dr. Norman Finkelstein, who is totally ticked off about seeing them exploited over and over:

"THE BRAVEST JEW ON EARTH":

The Bravest Jew on Earth. - YouTube

The professor that lost his job. We know, his parents were in the camps and he cries for the palestinians. :blahblah:

Sadly he has become somewhat of a joke and gets jeered at when he can be hired to give a lecture.

Yes, he lost his job for being outspoken against Israel and not hiding his moral outrage in a debate with Alan Dershowitz. :
Dershowitz?Finkelstein affair - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Dershowitz, a noted apologist for Israel, had just published The Case for Israel, which Finkelstein castigated as
"a collection of fraud, falsification, plagiarism and nonsense."
in his paper "Beyond Chutzpah: On the Misuse of Anti-Semitism and the Abuse of History," after which Dershowitz began a campaign to have Finkelstein removed from his teaching post.

For more info on the Finkelstein/Dershowitz scandal, see:
Dershowitz?Finkelstein affair - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Given Finkelstein's history of unguarded outspokenness, Dershowitz' campaign was bound to succeed, but I can't help but be glad it did, because it means Finkelstein, with his credentials intact, can now devote himself to public speaking full time, and this is obviously where his true calling lies. Although, with a doctorate from Princeton, his research is hailed as top flight, he hates Israel and its policies with a passion and fails to mince his words or modulate his voice, which is not considered a virtue in the ivy league academic circles in which he formerly traveled, but is very effective in the public speaking circuit.

I think Israel, as a number of commentators pointed out, is becoming an insane state. And we have to be honest about that. While the rest of the world wants peace, Europe wants peace, the US wants peace, but this state wants war, war and war. In the first week of the massacres, there were reports in the Israeli press that Israel did not want to put all its ground forces in Gaza because it was preparing attacks on Iran. Then there were reports it was planning attacks on Lebanon. It is a lunatic state.[80]
When asked how he, as the son of Holocaust survivors, felt about Israel’s operation in Gaza, Finkelstein replied:
It has been a long time since I felt any emotional connection with the state of Israel, which relentlessly and brutally and inhumanly keeps these vicious, murderous wars. It is a vandal state. There is a Russian writer who once described vandal states as Genghis Khan with a telegraph. Israel is Genghis Khan with a computer. I feel no emotion of affinity with that state. I have some good friends and their families there, and of course I would not want any of them to be hurt. That said, sometimes I feel that Israel has come out of the boils of the hell, a satanic state[80]

Noam Chomsky's telling comment on the flap over Finkelstein's condemnation of Joan Peters' From Time Immemorial as "a monumental hoax":
"I warned him, if you follow this, you're going to get in trouble—because you're going to expose the American intellectual community as a gang of frauds, and they are not going to like it, and they're going to destroy you."[17]

Finkelstein's most notable and highly praised work has been The Holocaust Industry: Reflections on the Exploitation of Jewish Suffering. In it he argues that
argues that Elie Wiesel and others exploit the memory of the Holocaust as an "ideological weapon." This is done so the State of Israel, "one of the world's most formidable military powers, with a horrendous human rights record, [can] cast itself as a victim state", in order to garner "immunity to criticism."

And no, I doubt anyone could call him an Islamofascist whatsoever I am sure!
If he gets jeered I am sure he loves it, and the pro-Palestinians do too!

I read both sides of an issue. Videos do not have a good history. You can post a video to a page but it might be three years old and not date, who filmed it, who the people are in the video, etc., are not included. There is not providence.
Propaganda, satire, inaccuracies, I post to show how far, or low, oppositions will go, or the ridiculousness of what they are saying. I don't post them as factual. I show them as examples of lies or sensationalism.
I prefer to keep this a discussion of words not clips that too often are take out of context or worse actually referring to a different issue or place altogether.

You really do love the sound of your own voice, so to speak. You can't help responding to each and every post as if it were your personal e-mail. For someone largely clueless of the facts, you have a lot to say and are exceptionally opinionated, not in a good way.

It is like some relay game, with a half dozen people. When one get exhausted or credibility drops too low, they drop out and the next person comes in fills the board with their stock of disinformation. I can't even say they are pro-palestinians because in truth the posters don't see to really care for them. It is more an effort to somehow defame Israel. I really wish they would get some new material, the old stuff has been over used and long since debunked.

If the posters were not so consumed in attacking Israel, it would be interesting to have an honest calm and rational examination of some of the policies of Israel and the PA, and ways to make change or application faster and better. It really does not have to be an either or. People are so busy offense and defense that so many better ideas never get present.

What a waste of our time with the confrontational games. Real issues and imaginative ideas will never really get their due.

You are entitled to believe that, and I am sure video can be used as "creatively" as print, with excepts strung together out of context to misrepresent what was said or what truly occurred, but in the case of this video and all the others I post, I think their very nature precludes that type of abuse. I am convinced they accurately represent what actually occurred, or accurately portray what their producer was trying to convey, and see no reason to think otherwise. So if you want to support that accusation, then find an unedited version and post it and I will eat my hat. Its possible.

But the first day i was on this website I noticed that
1) many of these folks do not have the sort of commitment to truth that would lead them to read sources from their opposition, and
2) they are trying to make Arabs out to be congenital liars.

So I said to myself, "Well, this ought to be fun! I am going to limit myself to Israeli, Zionist, and Jewish sources to make my points." And I found so much it has truly been a wonderful exercise.

I don't think that accusation has any substance at all with reference to any of the clips I have posted. The editing has all been done by the sources themselves, not by a third party. Like I said, if you want to try to prove otherwise, by all means go for it.
You really do love the sound of your own voice, so to speak. You can't help responding to each and every post as if it were your personal e-mail. For someone largely clueless of the facts, you have a lot to say and are exceptionally opinionated, not in a good way.
Like I said, it is a learning process for me. So I jump in. This is an anonymous forum so I might as well go for it, see what the opposition has to say, do my best to refute it, find what I can find, and make my mistakes here. Why not?

We use what we've got, and frankly if it isn't sterling at least, I don't bother with it. There is too much good stuff out there to waste time on low quality polemic. Thirty or forty years ago Israel had a monopoly on disinformation. Now there is an entire army of dissenting voices and it seems many, many people have seen right through Zionism. That makes things easier.

That is pretty much what I said when I first started posting, check my first few posts, and I got called an Islamofascist or whatever silly nonsense, so the gloves came off. I can definitely embarrass Israel. But I would rather work toward some sort of constructive dialogue. Which is happening, just not on this forum yet unfortunately.

If you spout ISLAMONAZI HATRED from am ISLAMONAZI HATE SITE then you must be an ISLAMINAZI it is that simple. Which is why I show that your links arfe sourced right back to ISLAMONAZI HATE SITES

That the video was NOT from a so-called IslamoNazi hate site as alleged by Aris, but rather from a long time cabinet minister.

Haneen Zoabi was a long time cabinet Minister.

Now she's facing possible crime charges.

Azmi Bshara was a long time cabinet minister.

He escaped like a little mouse just to avoid jail-time for spying for a terror organization.

Fact that they were in the government says nothing, they can still be traitors.

Shulamit Alony wasn't Islamo-Nazi, I honestly don't think that's true. She did many good things out of love for her people. But at the same time, she was UNDOUBTLY native when it came to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. She believed that if we did this and that so everything will so magically solve itself.

A sad thing, really.

Which was what caused many to forget her many good deeds, and hate her and believe her traitor.

Her son, however, followed her footsteps and took it to a whole new level. I read many of his articles, almost all of them were based on pure ignorancy or deception.

I remember him calling "apartheid" on one article, protesting the fact that the Israelis INTENTIONALLY build the railways so the track separates the Arab neighborhoods in Lod, but he so conviniently forgot to mention in this hate article that the new railway just improved the old tracks to use them again, and those tracks were built BEFORE the Arab neighborhood existed.

The Arab neighborhood was build on the other two sides of the tracks, and around them.

Any ignorant one will mistakenly believe a wicked step willing to separate the Arabs from one another. Simple googling will tell the truth, what came before what.

That is what many Anti-Zionist count on.

People swallawing their 'facts' before further checking.

good point actually.

Any cabinet minister, any soldier, could be Hamas, all these people could be Hamas, who knows?
I'm serious.
