Obama and the Democrats who owned a near Super Majority control of Congress lied to the American people, denied them the opportunity of knowing what was in the bill, told them they had no right to know until their edict had been passed into law , then rammed the minority-supported, Socialist-Agenda/Obama Legacy-driven legislation into law right down the throats of the majority of Americans who opposed it at the time.

The Democrats and Obama OWN THIS entire health care debacle, the collapse of the ACA, and the pain being inflicted on the American people by the ACA as well as the pain that will be felt when it collapses.

Obama promised (LIED HIS ASS OFF) that the ACA would be the 1st social program in the history of mankind that would actually pay for itself and would not cost a dime...and as Gruber repeated numerous times, ignorant liberals believed it. Before the ink was dry on his signature on the bill making it a law Obama was already doling out wavers for companies not to have to comply with the law's mandates to prevent those companies from having to fire hundreds of thousands of workers...and Congress had already begun UN-CONSTITTIONALLYT declaring themselves NOT required . willing to participate the disastrous expanded control under which they subjugated the American people.

The Democrats just made a HUGE POLITICAL MISTAKE by not HELPING the Republicans pass their idea of a repeal and replacement plan of the ACA, which was almost nothing more than a slightly altered Obamacare-light. Doing so would have freed them from THEIR ownership of their gawd-awful, COLLAPSING health care law, officially making it the GOP's problem / 'Trump-care'. By helping defeat this bill, it remains 'OBAMACARE' - their health care disaster, the equivalent of the medical 'Hindenburg'.
