Ask yourself why a drug costs $80 in the UK but costs over a thousand in the United States.

Because Americans subsidize the rest of the world.

It's not socialism. WE pay for these drug companies through government funding, it's not wrong to ask that we get better pricing than every other country who's taxpayers are not subsidizing them.
