When there is a monopoly, it doesn't seem right that there isn't anything that can be legally done to regulate costs, kind of like what the PUC does to limit utility charges. The drug companies shouldn't have the political power they have today. They literally got away with murder during COVID. So personally, I think they need regulation.

Instead of doing the actual "conservative" thing(de-regulate the government by opening up the free market and allowing people to buy meds from outside US.) he price fixes. Which is what kamala ran on doing for food.

Big Pharma needs to be kicked-off the public airwaves too.

I can't find it now but I read where Big Pharma's up to 2 minute ad spots are so crowding the prime network and cable market that other advertisers can't even get a 30 second spot in without paying a fortune for them.

I guess that's what has happened to the old (and often entertaining) ads we used to love.
