Let's be clear, this is not even in Israel.
The link doesn't provide the name of the Palestinian village, but it seems apparent that this took place in Area C, which is absolutely, by treaty (that means international law) under Israel's control and jurisdiction, both civil and military.
These people set up a trailer, they can come from any country on earth mind you, and then Israel sets up a military base to protect them.
Not true. First, this outpost is on PRIVATE land. If I was on Team Palestine -- I would call it private Israeli land.
Second, this outpost has been dismantled time and time again. AND the Israeli military, by your own link, has repeatedly assured the Arabs that they will protect them while they access their alleged groves, and does so in actual fact. Without the benefit of knowing which village this is, I can't determine further how solid the Palestinian claim is.
So what is your complaint, now that the lies have been removed?
