Yes, the Ukraine war, started by our government back in 2014. Took a four year break for the most part during 2017-2021.

It will be over soon.
Hopefully, a war that never should have started will end shortly.

"Trump suggested he might reverse the long-range strike authorization, which allows Ukraine to use the prized Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) against Russian positions.

"Trump’s pledge to end the war has sparked fears that he might cede territory in eastern Ukraine to Russia, but the incoming president has refused to offer details about his plan to stop the conflict.

"Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has suggested he would be open to giving up territory for now in return for NATO membership, but that is likely a nonstarter for Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"Trump had pledged on the campaign trail to end the war in Ukraine by the time he takes office.

"He had also at times claimed he would end the war in 24 hours."

"In a dramatic turn of events, militant groups overrun Damascus on Sunday, less than two weeks into their offensive that began in Aleppo, ending the two-decade reign of Bashar al-Assad.

"Immediately after militants affiliated with Hayat Tahrir-al Sham swarmed Damascus, Israel launched a barrage of airstrikes across Syria, including in Damascus, Homs, Tartous, Latakia and Palmyra."

Greater Israel is on the march in Syria; what does that mean for Gaza?

"Israel’s genocidal onslaught on Gaza, which has claimed nearly 44,800 Palestinian lives in 432 days, and statements issued by Israeli officials since October last year, align with the regime's expansionist agenda, heightening tensions in West Asia.

"Since October 7, 2023, many Israeli soldiers, media figures, and politicians have openly expressed their intention to expel the 2.3 million population of the narrow coastal territory and seize control of the region to construct Jewish settlements there."
