You missed the point. When one truly believes in God, one lives forever in him. What kills the body doesn't kill the eternal life of the soul of one who loves and obeys God, knowing him by the Good Book that tells what he requires, and what it takes to enter the Kingdom of God. I do what Christ suggested his followers do: to pray to the Holy Father who is in Heaven for his Kingdom to come and his will be done here on earth as it is in Heaven. Christ also suggests that we love our enemies, not just our friends. For me, that was a hard one, but with his help, I do ask God to bless our enemies daily in my vespers hour.

Kindness and forgiveness can extend to an enemy sure, but here's the deal also, otherwise if God decides to move armies against an enemy, then he will be with those armies as they move forward. The spirit of the Lord shall be with them, and they shall defeat the enemy with God's help. If he is not with an army as it moves in defiance of, then that army will be driven back and out of the theater. Better check oneself if conducting war, and make sure that God is with you before conducting that war.
