be it the bible, quran or the golden rule, we expect humane behavior because is the right thing to be, we expect it because it benefits everyone.

Jews have been kicked around and beaten for centuries but we see jews creating charity funds and being philanthropists that benefit all people, race, religion, culture, etc. We see technology, medicine and treatments that save lives. We see advances in archeology and science that help us learn about the past and the future. We see people who are first to offer help in a disaster. We even see people trying to find less lethal way to fight terrorism, to engage in urban warfare and control rioters that will save lives. We also see new technology in defense as well to protect their own people.

Yes, we should expect even those who have been hurt to still be capable of humane behavior. Always
