1. Disband Hamas
2. Form a new provisional government to represent Gazans
3. Surrender unconditionally
4. Reveal and surrender all tunnels, weapons caches and other military assets
5. Return all hostages taken by Hamas on October 7, 2023 - living and dead
6. Turn over all Hamas leadership to the IDF
7. Turn over all Hamas cadre that participated in the October 7, 2023 attack against Israel
8. Accept Israeli military occupation and subordinate the Gazan government to the Israeli military for an interim period
9. Issue a formal apology from the new Gazan government to the People of Israel
10. Accept the International Red Cross (Red Crescent?) as the sole agent for disbursing relief funds and materials

Do that and the war ends in 24 hours.

Fail to do that and the war continues.
