It's a sad state of affairs and certainly many Palestinians do NOT want to be in constant war with their Israeli neighbors. However, the Iranians and their US democrat Allies are committed to wiping Israel from the map.

The Israelis gave the Gaza back in 2005. From 2016 to 2020, many nations in the ME were added to the rooster of Arab nations recognizing and strengthening their ties to Israel. Here is Chanukah being celebrated -- in DUBAI!

The current situation started because the Supreme court of Israel ruled that land that is being used by Muslims who are citizens of Israel are just tenants. They cannot own the land because centuries ago it belong to the Jewish people. So even as citizens of Israel, they can be evicted because they are not Jewish. These citizens got mad and started protest. They were arrested and face persecution. Again , Muslims who are citizens of Israel.

Hamas and other so a reason to join the fray. Support fellow Muslims and attack Israel. How could they resist. Still it was Israel that create the situation.

Hamas will get hammered but I guess they are okay with that.
