The US wasn't concerned the least bit with Turkey. No connection to 911, no need for a cover-up.
Sibel was a "Terp" (interpretor/translator) and had no investigative duties and no insight into anything.
There are such things as National Security Crimes, everyone knows that. There are people with Security Clearances, and everyone know that. But in the US, I am totally unaware of this "State Secrets Privilege." And when I go to that page, it just a page with some official photo's or briefing shots. Nothing more.
Websites like these are a dime for a dozen. I wouldn't take them too seriously. I saw absolutely nothing that was impressive or enlightening.

This is not "actionable intelligence." Knowing this, gives you no idea where, in the US the attack will take place, or when it will occur. It doesn't give a clue as to who is going to do what.
If you are the FBI, you have no idea how to apply your counterterrorism resources. What specific action does this bolded statement move you to perform? There were hundreds of statements made by ObL and his cell leaders that indicated they were going to make an attack. So what!

This is as true today as it was then. So, what are you going to do?

In my entire career in the intelligence and security arena, I don't think I've ever heard it expressed that way.
In federal court, a federal judge has an open ended right to see all classified material, including SCI material (special compartmented information). But usually, the court appoints a "Special Master" that then reviews the material and brings to light the relevant material.
In over 20 years as a Counterintelligence Agent, and another 15 or in the Special Security Officer program or as a Military Intelligence Coordinator, I don't ever recall hearing that phrase.
Usually, the question revolves around the "need-to-know" or a release from a "Non-disclosure Agreement" (NdA).

I only brought it up because Edmonds claims she is being prevented from revealing her most damning evidence against CIA "rogues" like Graham Fuller because she is subject to prosecution under State Secrets Privilege if she does.

That is not unusual at all, and nothing special. Most DOJ Terps have a SECRET Clearance (Level - 2) collateral.
