Juvenile Detention Centers (JDCs) is NOT a concept unique to the Israeli-Arab Palestinian Conflict. The JDCs are used as confinement facilities pending processing ahead of pre-judicial determinations (administrative detention). "Children across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region are frequently deprived of the basic rights afforded to them in the Convention on the Rights of the Child and international law." After a youth has been arrested, but before a court has determined the youth’s innocence or guilt. This is standard practice throughout the MENA and not something uniquely used by the Israelis.

I do not need to delve back century upon century to demonstrate the past criminal behaviors directed against the Jewish people. Even today one of the core armed elements of the Islamic Resistance is named after the (peace-loving) Islamic Jihadist Izz ad-Din al-Qassam. The most notable and violent Islamic terrorist to emerge in the early decades following the August 1929 Arab-Palestinian riots was the HoAP Izz ad-Din al-Qassam.

The context that is being overlooked is that from the very beginning (the initial steps following the San Remo Convention) were obstruction upon obstruction by the Arab Palestinians to start the processes of establishing a self-governing Institution.

The mandatory Power now proposed “the establishment of an Arab Agency in Palestine which will occupy a position exactly analogous to that accorded to the Jewish Agency”. The "hostile insurgents" label is just one of several you used. The Palestinians are hostile just as Jews were hostile in the Warsaw ghetto. I never asked you to nor do I dispute for a moment the reality of antisemitism, which incidentally has always been greatest in the West, not the middle East. There's no history of Islam seeking extermination of Jews or putting huge numbers of Jews in concentration camps or mass gassing millions of Jews, nothing at all in the recorded history of Islam to my knowledge.
