Even if they didn't OFFICIALLY demand they recognize the JEWISH STATE before, so what? Isn't that what " negotiations" are supposed to be about? Ask the poster what the Palestinians have done to " negotiate" and there will be no response. There never is

Palestine has recognized Israel. Just as Jordan and Egypt has.

But not as a Jewish state.

If recognizing Israel as a "jewish" state was soo important, Israel would have demanded it during Oslo, Camp David, Taba, and the Olmert plan.

But they didn't. Its merely an attempt to kill the peace process.
