Great question! I've been wondering the same thing for a while. When she is asked why she didn't do this or that while Vice President. Biden was/is the President not Kamala Harris. What do you think?

While you do have a point, since she has said herself that she agrees with everything Biden did, then we do know what she did or would have done as president, which se is running for.
