There is usually nothing I could care less to see than the crap playing in our cinemas these days. However, the new one "Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Die" which is about AI's impact on society really wasn't bad. Pretty crazy, but not bad.

Back when we had video rental stores here I used to rent foreign movies more than American ones. One good Swedish movie that I remember was about a government inspector who is assigned to observe everything a farmer does 24/7, in order to accumulate socioeconomic data. Good one, but I can't remember the name!

A Muslim NATO, IMO is not feasible or durable (Clerical, Secular, Shiite and Sunni) However regional "groupings" will certainly make sense, were already existing (destroyed by the West and Israel), or are again in the beginning stages such as this Turkey-Saudi-Arabia-Pakistan nonsense.

So the "funny" part is that, - only due to Israel, Muslim-countries are able or even willing to align amongst themselves.

The main disturbing/sabotaging factor was and is the USA alongside it's Western serfs, insisting that the whole world needs to adopt their conviction, regarding Democracy and "values". And again this paternalism by the West - results in "scurrilous" agendas and alliances such as this Tu/SA/Pak scenario.

I still believe that Iran will be the "nuclear" force, that will manage to get Israel on even terms to the negotiation table. and in view of that possibility a "natural" alliance between Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Iran, Oman, Yemen and some Gulf states will develop. And that probably is the reason why Turkey, and Saudi-Arabia are trying to look for allies, that they can control.

I don't think you need all of that in order to crush Zionist Israel but you might be right. Personally, I think an Islamic NATO would be good enough without the fascist, anti-American element. Maybe we'll get a chance to find out.
