"the west" means different things to different people------
I do not record reading anything about "the west" in
the koran. The religion teaches hatred of non-muslims---
and then there were the crusaders who came---relative to
the arab muslims of the middle east ---from THE WEST.
"THE WEST" was a hole different thing for the
Soviet Union-----just as bad----but DIFFERENTLY
