In fact, that was one of the first things I did say. So your little novel is pretty wasted on me, to be honest. Once I noticed it had nothing to do with my point, I skipped it all. I think I've only actually read maybe 3-4 sentences of yours because the rest is just superfluous fluff that has nothing to do with what I'm talking about.

The U.S. has made mistakes. The U.S. has also held the capability to annihilate the world several times over in the palm of its hands and has yet to use a nuclear weapon since WWII.

Now ask yourself what ISIS would do with the kind of power the U.S. wields. Yeah ... that's what I thought.

Again, I didn't say ISIS was good, but I'm also saying the US isn't good. The US wants to dominate the world, and knows that using nukes will set people against it.

ISIS might not use nukes were it in a position of power where it didn't feel threatened all the time.

Circumstances don't make ones actions morally better.
