If it was not for wikileaks so many people would have never known just how much the American leaders make that world leaders have actually screwed over their people , and they've done it in multiple ways using many of the same methods.

Every country does surveillance on every other country. It would be neglectful not to. The key is what they do with that information. Wikileaks is a tool that Russia used to interfere in our elections, and now it is being used to destabilize our relations with Germany. I'm not sure why the right doesn't understand that.
