Is tyler robinson crazy? And does it matter?

Because you’re an idiot.
How would you know?

What you mean is that you have lost this argument and there is nothing more to say

I cant see how ant jury could allow him to get off by pleading insanity

But this is the US legal system and anything is possible

Find him guilty and shoot him dead
No way. He is in full control of his mental faculties. Firing squad.

Life in prison with no parole is far worse punishment than execution.
But it RISKS the lives of people in that prison. Ae we supposed to just forget about them ?

Plus, life in prison also RISKS the possibioity of escape, and more people killed after that.

Libs have more sympathy for killers than the victims of murder

Like Kirk's widow, it's because I'm a Christian.

She isnt for killing him is she?

But it's all about you, right?

I dont know her position on the death penality

She forgives his sin against her

But murder in a public event that involves everyone

Rarely do people get OFF on the insanity plea...IMHO most the time it is a woman killing a abusive spouse.

I guess you missed my thread Even if the fruit beats murder 1.

And yet it doesnt. We wonder why we are so violent when the government is so violent.

To be found guilty by reason of insanity, it would have to be proven that he didn't know what he was doing was wrong

I'm fairly certain that is the uniform (across the US) legal definition of the term (a lawyer here can say otherwise if need be).

He tried to hide the gun, told his roommate not to talk to the cops (or FBI?) and etc... so I doubt he will be ruled insane..

As I understand it not guilty by reason of insanity means a panel of shrinks can turn them lose at will

The death penalty has always been accepted in the Church Christ founded.

So who is anyone to go against THAT?

And aren't you pro-abortion, at least in some cases?

If so (or addressing others who accept abortion but not the death penalty)

Why is it OK to murder the INNOCENT in the womb

but not put down an assassin?

I agree that he knew what he was doing

But the law and juries are unpredictable and quirky

I’m not taking anything for granted

15th post
What would Charlie plead?

I think he'd say, no death penalty, but a life is owed.

Behind bars until his life ends, then tack on two weeks to get him nice and ripe, then bury him in a pauper's grave. No name, just a number.

Charlie favored the death penalty.

So did Catholics before the infamous, heretical Vatican 2

which I do not adhere to

they have to go by the law, which will be explained to them in detail. I have read many books and articles (non-fiction) on how courts operate. Maybe 1 or 2 jurors will vote against the law but I doubt all of them will -in any case, much less this one.

I'm not sure if the jury has to be unanimous to do the d penalty in Utah?

Not true.

Im pro-life unlike so many others who only pretend to be when it suits their politics.
