This is a simple idea. Obama and Holder would get funding for a plaintiff in a compliant, far left, jurisdiction. The ruling would have the force of law when sustained. In this case abolishing sanctuary status would also open up Sanctuary state and local jurisdictions to criminal prosecutions for the acts of illegal gangs. Another ripe area is that the right to vote carries with it the right to bear arms. That would destroy the D base in most states.
