Schools or booklets for preparation were passed out electronically to those who couldn't attend their training. Please be more specific about which land you are talking about and what Commandments are you referring?

I am in the US.

It doesn't matter which ones. Our supreme law of the land is more supreme than Any commandments of Any god.

The reason for that, is that deists need more than any simple commandments from a God.
