The reason it is not anti-Semitic is that Jesus was addressing a specific group of those of a political nature who were trolling him--hecklers we would call them today. When a speaker calls out the hecklers in his audience, he is not branding the entire audience who were there to hear what he had to say.

You are right, but many including the OP use this to indict ALL Jews. Of course He was talking about THESE Jews specifically

I am fascinated----just who was in this group of Hecklers? Why would Jesus have PAID attention to a gaggle of thuggish people?

They were the Temple authorities who were challenging Jesus. The Bible mentions times they were trying to maneuver him into saying something they could use against him. Are you familiar with the stories of the woman caught in adultery, is paying taxes to Rome lawful, forgiving sins, etc.? Not all were thrilled with what Jesus was teaching, especially not the Temple authorities.
