I watched the video... did you? you posted it tard....Stop lying.
I watched the video... did you? you posted it tard....
The first one has the perp on his knees and he is not obeying the cop then at the end of the video he reaches for his waist his hand can't be seen by the cop so the cop shot him... justified... the other links report that the cop is under investigation... in America pal... that means you are still innocent for one thing and both links describe the situation as the perps not obeying commands so which one do you want to talk about?... after the video link in my opinion it disqualified your others... did you see the guy on his knees reach behind him?... if you did then why did you post it as proof of a bad cop and a bad shooting?....There is no video in the first link.

New body cam video released in police shooting at Tufesa bus station in Phoenix
The shooting happened on March 8, near the intersection of 27th Avenue and McDowell Road, at the Tufesa bus station.www.12news.com
"The Phoenix Police Department has released body camera video of an incident earlier this month in which an officer with the department shot a suspect at a bus station. On March 8 the man, who was "acting erratically," was shot by the officer at the Tufesa bus station, near the intersection of 27th Avenue and McDowell Road, according to police. In the video released on March 22, the man is seen attacking the officer before he was first tasered and then shot by the officer. "The officer attempted to place the suspect in custody and the suspect forcefully turned around and kicked at the officer which caused the officer to lose control of this Taser. The suspect quickly got up and continued to violently attack the officer. The officer discharged his firearm, striking the suspect," police said when the shooting initially happened. The man survived the shooting."
Seems like a good shoot....Aside from hoping the officer would be a better fighter than he was, I assume he had enough fear of getting beat up -- that he had to shoot the guy.
It was a good shooting, period. The shooting is questionable…was the perp armed? Was he a threat to the officers life? Could the officer have employed a less lethal method to stop the perp?
We really ought to do away with tasers. They don’t seem to work when it matters100% justified.
Dude was on something, nobody blows off a taser shot like that if they are not
