This case is headed to SCOTUS
On what basis do “Independent Federal Agencies” exist in the first place?
Don’t they all fall under Article II?
Are there “Independent Congressional Agencies” or “Independent Judiciary Agencies” that are not under the purview of their respective body?
The ODNI reports to the President and is under the Executive Branch.
I think people are confusing Independent (neither Democrat nor Republican) with independent (stand-alone, not under any of the 3 branches)
